Mr. Bryant's 28 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts includes over one-thousand serious personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, medical malpractice, products liability, pharmaceutical litigation, asbestos claims, commercial and employment law disputes and litigation, civil rights and EEOC litigation, federal overtime litigation, probate litigation, governmental entity litigation, commercial arbitration and patent and misappropriation of trade secrets litigation. Significant appellate experience includes argument before the First Court of Appeals in the reported cases, including Country Village Homes, Inc. v. Patterson, 236 S.W.3d 413 (Tex. App. 2007) and the misappropriation of trade secrets case of Baker Hughes v. KECO R&D; 12 S.W.3d 1 (Tex. 1999) decided by the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Bryant was hired by John Q’Quinn to serve as a litigation team leader for Fen-Phen cases in Philadelphia for and was involved in Risperdal litigation with Michael W. Perrin in Louisiana in 2012. Mr. Bryant also managed several litigation teams involved in oil and gas royalty litigation in Oklahoma. Representative corporate clients include DFS Worldwide, LLC (logistics), IDE, Inc. (drilling rig manufacturer), Advanced Rig Services, LLC (drilling rig manufacturer), DHI, Inc. (oil field services), Hebert Financial, LLC (financial services), Tour 18, Inc.
